So Erin really wanted Kabobs. We went to Haggans (grocery store in Burlington, WA) and I showed her the ones already made in the meat section and explained how easy it would be to just put them on the grill. She would NOT have it. She wanted to make hers from scratch! So we bought red, green, and yellow peppers, onions, a pineapple, and some boneless chicken breasts.

So, I never knew how to cut a pineapple so Brian showed us how! This is very exciting because I LOVE pineapple!!!
