I just realized that it will be SIX MONTHS since I've used a dryer. Weird huh? In Madagascar we line dried everything - obviously. The lady I live with now also line dries everything in her garden. [Garden is UK for small backyard] There are pros and cons to this.
I LOVE being able to hang dry my clothes because a. they smell better b. they don't shrink c. it is better for our world.
I HATE having to line dry my clothes because I can only do it when the weather permits and 'sunny' is not a word I would use to describe Oxford.
So, while I write my thesis I am currently sporting a very fancy dress and tights. I'm excited for tomorrow because not only will one of my chapters be completely finished on my thesis, but also BBC.uk calls for sunshine! This means I can now wash my clothes :)
